The City of Bluefield would like to invite you to be a vendor in the first “Christmas Market” event to be held during the Holiday of Lights Festival at the Bluefield City Park (Lotito Park). We are opening the Christmas Market during the festival November 23 – December 31, 2017 and are inviting you to participate. You can choose to be open the entire time or on selected dates. Cost to be a craft vendor for the event is $10.00 for the full season, food vendors for the full season is $250.00. If you are a food vendor and would like to setup for the four nights of Santa only (12/9, 12/16, 12/22 and 12/23) the cost is $100.00. Food vendors please furnish a full list of items you intend to serve.
During the Holiday of Lights Festival there will be a Holiday of Lights 5K Challenge, Walks through the Park, A Night in Bethlehem, Santa at the Ridge Runner and Trolley Rides, Hayrides with Elsa and Olaf, and much more.
Please join us for what we think will be awonderful time of good fun for the entire family.
Download the vendor registration form and return with payment to the address below. Food vendors also need to file a Virginia Temporary Food Establishment application with the Tazewell County Health Department at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the event.
