Here at FitRec we offer partnerships with local organizations and their employees. It is our goal to help you, your staff and their families become healthier in spirit, mind and body; and therefore, become more productive employees.
Benefits to Corporate Membership Partners and Employees:
Employees have full access to over 40,000 sq. Fitness and Recreation Center.
What we require of our corporate membership partners and employees to form an agreement:
The Corporate Membership Program is a partnership between the Four Seasons YMCA and local businesses to help promote healthy lifestyles within the workforce.

Corporate Plans:
Plan Option 1: The corporate partner must maintain a minimum of twenty-five (25) memberships to keep this plan.
- The corporate partner is responsible for payments to the City of Bluefield for memberships.
- The corporate partner receives a monthly invoice for the membership fees.
- $25.00 for individual membership and $35.00 for family membership.
- Employee signs up for membership at the Fitness and Recreation Center and must present proof employment upon enrollment.
Plan Option 2: The corporate partner must maintain a minimum of twenty-five (25) memberships to keep this plan.
- The employee is responsible for payments to the City of Bluefield for memberships.
- Employee pays monthly through an individual bank draft.
- $25.00 for individual membership and $35.00 for family membership.
- Employee signs up for membership at the Fitness and Recreation Center and must present proof employment upon enrollment.
Plan Option 3: The corporate partner must maintain a minimum of five (5) memberships to keep this plan.
- The employee is responsible for payments to the City of Bluefield for memberships.
- Employee pays monthly through an individual bank draft.
- Employees receive 10% off monthly membership dues.
- Employee signs up for membership at the Fitness and Recreation Center and must present proof employment upon enrollment.
