The Policemen’s Civil Service Commission meets as business warrants. One member is appointed by the City Board, one member is appointed by the Chamber of Commerce, and one member is appointed by the Fraternal Order of Police. Not more than two can belong to the same political party. Expired members will continue to serve with full authorities until reappointed or replaced.
