How do I sign up to speak at the board meeting?
To speak during the public comment section of the meeting, attendees will need to sign-up before the meeting between 11:00 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. A sign-up sheet will be present at the entrance of the boardroom before each meeting. Attendees will be required to place their name, topic, and contact information. Should you have any questions, please contact the City Clerk at 304.327.2401 ext. 2407.
